Purchased in 2011 directly from the Mehmet factory in Istanbul, this medium-heavy ride has a bright, crisp stick sound with a delicate but vibrant wash underneath and a surprisingly nice crash to boot. Some light scratches, stick marks, signature fading, and tape residue, but no cracks or keyholes and it sounds amazing. Not to be confused with the Traditional Series "Original Ride," this version of the Origin Ride appears to be no longer in production.
