I got this cymbal new in 2014. Great cymbal for jazz, rock, and folk music. This was my main ride throughout jazz school and I used this heavily on gigs up until the pandemic. Designed specifically for jazz applications, the Special Edition Jazz series features a traditional lathing and finish, low fundamental pitch and organic stick articulation.

The ride is medium in weight with a gradual bow for a focused response with immediate decay.
